Last month we were invited for to speak at the event called Spring Sessions which is part of the annual music festival Spring Festival in Graz, Austria. We (Fi) got a chance to present our recent case studies there and hang out with lots of awesome talented speakers.
It was my very first time in Austria and Graz happened to be cute little town south of Vienna where most of the photos below are taken from. On the way back we spent just one day in Vienna before catching a flight.
The one thing I wanted to see in Vienna since I was in high school is Hundertwasserhaus in Vienna designed by Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. When I was 17 I was traveling through Germany with pretty much no money. I arrived by ferry to Kiel and was making my way to Hannover over night. One night I had to spend (read sleep) on the train station in Uelzen that looked like a house baked and made out of candies with no straight lines whatsoever. When I got back I found what it was and even bought a second hand book with Hundertwasser buildings. Anyway, worth googling him and checking out his work.
